Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. You can cancel your subscription at any time, with no questions asked. You keep access to your paid features until the end of the period you've already paid for, and you're never charged again after that.
What happens to my data if I downgrade?
Nothing is ever deleted. Downgrading simply re-applies the free plan's limits going forward, and all of your existing habits, goals, recipes, journal entries, and everything else stay exactly where they are. If you upgrade again later, full access returns instantly.
Is the annual plan billed yearly?
Yes. Choosing Annual bills you once per year at a discounted rate compared with paying month to month. You can switch between monthly and annual billing whenever you like.
